Non-Alcoholic Michelada Recipe
Tuesday, April 05, 2016
One thing I am guilty of craving during this pregnancy is beer...specifically a Michelada recipe, which is a little Mexican twist on the concept of a Bloody Mary (using a Mexican Cerveza versus Vodka). Here is a recipe I found via The Penny Closet's YouTube channel.
Here is an overview of what you will need for this recipe!
Ingredients:
Clamato (Tomato Juice)
Agua Mineral (Mineral Water)
Chamoy (Mexican Salsa Mix)
Tapatio (Hot Sauce)
Tajin (Mexican Fruit Seasoning)
1 Large Lime or 2 small limes
Instructions:
- Take a glass, rim the edges with lime/Tapatio mixture, then with Tajin.
- Add ice to keep the drink ice cold.
- Add 1/2 cup of Clamato juice.
- Add 1 TBSP of Chamoy.
- Add 1 TBSP of Tajin.
- Add roughly about 4-5 splashes of Tapatio (depending on taste level)
- Add 1 large lime to mixture.
- Stir and Listo!
A non-alcoholic Michelada recipe.
Absolutely delicious, you will not be able to taste the difference!
Xoxo,
Stephanie
